A Laudato Si' Pilgrimage of Hope to Congress

Join us to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of Laudato Si' by hand delivering the encyclical to Catholic Members of Congress on Capitol Hill.

Time: 9:00 am (ET) - end with noon Mass at Saint Peter Catholic Church
Location: Saint Peter Catholic Church (Parish Hall), 313 2nd St SE, Washington D.C. 20003

This faith-filled action will bring together Catholic advocates to hand-deliver blessed copies of Laudato Si’ and a letter to all 148 Catholic Members of Congress. The day will start with a prayer service and blessing of the encyclicals at Saint Peter Catholic Church parish hall. Together we will walk to Capitol Hill (0.3 miles) to deliver Laudato Si'. We encourage attendees to join us for noon Mass at Saint Peter Catholic Church.
